DynaLastic® 180
DynaLastic® 180 is a polyester/glass scrim-reinforced SBS modified bitumen sheet. It incorporates the features of a tough, non-woven polyester mat and bi-directional glass scrim reinforcement.
The elastomeric SBS and asphalt blend has full recovery properties after 100% elongation and lends elasticity and flexibility to the sheet. The mat provides good tensile strength, toughness, puncture resistance and can accommodate stresses created by typical rooftop expansion and contraction forces. The glass scrim offers dimensional stability not afforded by polyester-only reinforced product. The glass scrim-reinforced mat also minimizes end lap creep after installation.
