JM EPDM Peel & Stick Pipe Boots
JM EPDM Peel & Stick Pipe Boots are specifically designed for use in flashing round roof penetrations, eliminating the need for field fabrication of pipe penetrations. The conically shaped steps of the pipe boot provide for a secure seal around the pipe, and the large double-thick molded ribs at the top of each step offer superior tear resistance as well as a cutting guide.
JM EPDM Peel & Stick Pipe Boots have a pressure sensitive seam tape around the bottom of the boot. No contact adhesives or caulking around the edge is required, as the seam tape is wider than the pipe boot flange.
The use of JM EPDM Peel & Stick Pipe Boots also minimizes the inherent hazards of solvent-based adhesives.
The membrane must be primed with JM Tape Primer/Wash before applying JM EPDM Peel & Stick Pipe Boots.
JM EPDM Peel & Stick Pipe Boots have been formulated to provide high initial strength in both peel and shear at typical rooftop temperatures.
The JM EPDM Peel & Stick Pipe Boots are designed to speed the installation and improve the quality of flashings on JM EPDM roofing systems.
