TopGard® Base Coat
TopGard® Base Coat is a 100% acrylic elastomeric coating engineered for superior adhesion to BUR, smooth and/or granulated modified bitumen roofing products.
TopGard Base Coat also provides outstanding "bleed blocking" over hot asphalt and asphalt emulsion systems. TopGard Base Coat exceeds several ASTM D6083 requirements for critical properties such as elongation and weatherability. TopGard Base Coat is ideally suited as a base application in concert with TopGard 4000® or TopGard® 5000 top coat application(s).
