When applying multiple products in the same cavity, a layer of spray foam is covered with a layer of fiber glass insulation, providing superior R-value from the proven performance of fiber glass insulation and the innovative properties of spray foam insulation. Hybrid wall designs combine closed-cell spray foam and fiber glass insulation, while attic applications can use either open-cell or closed-cell spray foam combined with fiber glass insulation.
